Our History
Founded in 1992 in Rotterdam, Atlantic Schepen began as a small terminal operation serving the local petrochemical industry. Recognizing the growing demand for specialized storage solutions, we expanded our services and facilities throughout the 1990s, establishing ourselves as a reliable partner for major oil and chemical companies.
The early 2000s marked a period of significant growth, with strategic acquisitions and new terminal constructions in key global locations. Our expansion into Asia with the Singapore terminal in 2005 and subsequent development of facilities in the Middle East and Americas solidified our position as a truly global operator.
